Deposit

Deposit for a long let tenancy Equivalent to five weeks' rent

Other fees

Contract variation, novation, amendment or change of occupant at the tenant’s request within an existing tenancy £60

Landlord fees

Standard fees

Lettings only 6% of annual rent payable on commencement of tenancy. One off fee that includes right to rent check, Tenancy agreement and referencing of up to two people.

Management service 6% of monthly rent, due monthly.

Tenancy Agreement £155. this fee is included in the lettings only fee for new tenancies so will only be charged for renewals.

Referencing £50 per reference.

Other Fees

Parking charges may be added to the costs quoted below. An additional charge of £55 per hour plus parking for customers who are not using the management service may apply.
